We have to eat less meat. Theres no two ways around that unless we just decide to give up on climate change.
The truth is we cant stop temperature rises with our diets.
No ones suggesting you become a vegan or vegetarian, but you can make a dramatic impact by beginning to scale back.
Too fast or radical a shift towards plant-based diets risks losing realistic and achievable goals.
In a world racked by malnutrition and hunger it can be only part of the answer to rising temperatures.
